Meghan is a leadership trainer at LifeLabs Learning, where she leads training for managers and executives in leadership and inclusion skills. She has a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and her research interests and experience are in leader and team development, leader humility, and work-life balance. Before LifeLabs Learning, Meghan managed the Illinois Tech Leadership Academy, taught as an adjunct faculty member, and worked as a consultant on survey development, leadership training, and employee engagement.
